Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by LIFE directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
Registrations/Payments: Cancellations / NO Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS. By accepting this agreement, you are aware that you shall be responsible for the full amount due. In the event of cancellation or any breach of this contract, parent/guardian shall accept responsibility for any outstanding balance(s) with any agreed installments to be accelerated and immediately due and payable. There is absolutely NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made after June 7th, 2019 OR after being accepted into program EXCEPT AND ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: Full refund: If your selected camp, clinic or academy program(s) is full or cancelled By LIFE for any reason, and no other alternative can be found the total amount will be refunded or credited to your LIFE account. Partial refund: The full balance of the camp or Academy Program fee, less $100 administration fee, will be refunded ONLY FOR: Medical Reasons PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT and a written notification accompanied by doctor’s authorization must be received before June 7th, 2019. All Written Notifications must be addressed and mailed to: LIFE - P.O. Box Deer Park, NY 11729.

Store Refunds:
All sales are final.
